Terms of Service

These general terms describe inquiries and orders with The Cabinet Shop. The written quote and approved order set the details for each project. Applicable law controls where it provides additional rights.

Products and services

The Cabinet Shop supplies cabinets and countertops for residential and commercial projects, including small custom counters and front desks. Homeowners arrange cabinet installation with an installer of their choice. Countertop installation is included in countertop pricing.

Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Changes to the selected products, measurements, or scope may require an updated quote.

Production lead times

Allow a minimum of 10–12 workdays for self-edge countertops, 12–15 workdays for custom-edge or laminate work, and 4–5 workweeks for custom design work in laminate and/or wood. These are planning estimates; the schedule for an order will be confirmed separately.

Custom orders and payment

Custom orders require a deposit of at least 50%. Please review and approve the complete order before manufacturing begins. Once manufacturing begins, the deposit is nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Requests to change an order after manufacturing begins require our approval and a written change order; approved changes may affect price and timing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.

Product warranties

Warranty coverage depends on the product and its manufacturer. Ask us for the written warranty information for the products in your order.

When you contact The Cabinet Shop, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, project description, product interests, and messages. We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage orders, and communicate about your project. If you opt in to updates, you can opt out of those messages.

We use service providers to operate the website, manage inquiries and communications, and process payments. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. The website and marketing tools may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality and analytics.
